Yes! Jeffrey Rath and Bonniejean Wilbur, voice actors from those games, return to provide new voiceover. Additionally, Rob Dunlavey returns to lend his artistic talents to the game.


The first design document was written in December 2020. Production started a little later than that, so approximately three years.

Yes! In addition to English, there is an interface and subtitle translation in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, and Norwegian. Voiceovers remain English-only.


It plays like classic action adventure games of yore. Design partner John Linneman described it as “Monster World”-like…some have noted similarities to Shantae, which also has Monster World-like gameplay. We strove to make a very good game that fits into the mold the games Arzette is inspired by, while attempting to smooth over the missteps of those games.


Absolutely not. While there are a couple of fun nods to the games Arzette is inspired by, we wanted to make a new interactive animated adventure…one that is free from cynicism and self-awareness, just like the legacy games.
